Job Summary
Provide full-range HR Business Partner and Employee Relations support to company employees in the Austin, TX office. Manage complex ER situations while balancing hands-on operational tasks with strategic initiatives. Leverage analytics and AI to drive HR processes within a rapidly growing technology environment. This new role requires 12+ years of progressive experience in high-growth settings, including manufacturing, energy, or data centers.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience handling all sorts of ER situations from the simple to the complex
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, data centers, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
- Exposure to/experience using AI to improve HR processes
- Lots of experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Leadership experience
- Local candidates preferred
