Job Summary
Technical Group Leader role based in Mexico (San Angel office) with a 4-days-onsite / 1-day-from-home schedule. Lead and manage a 4-person technical team, serve as the primary technical contact for key accounts, provide expertise for marketing, sales, flavour creation, application, sensory and customer needs, guide local S+T strategies, champion new technologies, manage lab/pilot plant equipment within budget, and foster an inclusive, diverse work environment. Requires Polytechnic or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Chemistry (or related field), 8+ years in food applications/related roles, beverage applications experience, project management and team-leadership experience, and English proficiency. - 8+ years of experience in a food applications lab, flavourist lab, production or related area
- Experience working with Beverages applications

- Experience presenting a broad variety of innovative technical initiatives within Givaudan and to customers
- English language proficiency
