Job Summary
Service Operations Manager in Boston, MA, responsible for managing ongoing repair, maintenance and retention of products within portfolio across assigned geography; develops and executes territory operations plan and operational budget, manages a team of Field Superintendents and Project Managers, ensures customer excellence and safety, engages with customers and industry consultants, coordinates labor relations, and mentors staff to meet financial targets and KPIs; requires BA/BS in Business/Management/Engineering, multi-year experience in elevator or service industries, people and P&L management experience; salary base $127,100-$158,800.
