Job Summary
Sales Representative - Modernization responsible for meeting/exceeding sales objectives, negotiating contracts favorable to the company, analyzing customer needs to secure business through Schindler products and services, maintaining client relationships and addressing customer complaints, preparing sales estimates, and managing customer information. Roles include securing maintenance agreements/renewals, applying competitive data for advantage, retaining and growing accounts (accounts receivable management), developing negotiating strategies, planning and implementing sales strategies aligned with product strategy, understanding financial goals, and participating in professional development programs to enhance knowledge of elevator products and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- 2-5 years of technical B2B sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Must have good conflict resolution skills
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, SAP preferred
