Job Summary
Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager at Schindler in Sacramento, CA, responsible for cultivating customer relationships and driving sales of elevator and escalator services including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Manage and renew service agreements, oversee accounts receivable, collaborate with field technicians to drive lead generation, identify profitable opportunities, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate customer records in line with company policies. Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets through effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, and by leveraging industry knowledge to meet client needs. This role requires both office and fieldwork with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the elevator industry or related field.
