Job Summary
Project Manager - Modernization sought to manage elevator modernization projects in collaboration with sales reps, customers, Schindler superintendents, and engineering to ensure specifications are met and profitability targets are achieved. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 3 years of technical or sales experience in the elevator industry or related field
- Prior project management experience preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role preferred
- Solid problem-solving skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in building and managing client relationships
- Experience managing timelines, scheduling, and budgets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office & Excel
