Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for growing Albany and Syracuse customer base by focusing on service, new installation and modernization sales, field operations, customer satisfaction, and general business management. Owns P&L and leads district Service, New Installation, Sales, and Field Superintendent teams; drives customer service strategy and maintains key client relationships; allocates resources to meet operational, quality, and financial goals; administers field installation and service activities including parts, tools, vehicles, and assets; develops market plans, budgets, and sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and product penetration; fosters participative management and high team morale; analyzes market and operational changes to adjust resources and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of progressive experience in the elevator industry, a service-oriented business, or comparable field
