Job Summary
Associate Project Manager for New Installation oversees the full project lifecycle of new installation projects, coordinating with sales, field superintendents and customers to meet specifications, manage submittals and timely delivery of materials, track progress, coordinate with engineering and leadership, maintain vendor relationships, and manage change orders. Responsibilities include managing project revenue, invoicing and achieving strong collections, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring payroll compliance with prevailing wage requirements, and upholding quality and safety standards. The role requires strong communication, proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Procore), ability to read schematics/blueprints, and financial acumen. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in construction, elevator or related building systems industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and Procore (preferred)
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Strong financial acumen
