Job Summary
Receptionist & Office Administrator based in Karachi, Pakistan, supporting a fast-paced Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty business. Responsible for day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, meeting room bookings, mail handling, and general administrative support; manage routine inquiries and messages; coordinate procurement and office supplies; oversee facilities, contracts for housekeeping, catering, security, maintenance and company car fleet; manage travel arrangements, visas, onboarding logistics, and government services; liaise with vendors, contractors, and compliance requirements. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and about 5 years of administrative experience; English and Urdu fluency; strong computer, time-management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Open contract role, 5 days a week, based at the Karachi office with payroll processed by a third party; benefits and development opportunities offered through Givaudan. Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- Excellent computer literacy
