Job Summary
Create and maintain executable production plans to meet productivity, inventory, and customer service targets. Commit customer orders within agreed SLA timelines and review MRP and production capacity to manage supply levels and on-time delivery performance. Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, ensure compliance with food safety and Halal standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues. Monitor slow-moving inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives. Based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, this on-site role reports to the Assistant Supply Chain Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in flavour, food, FMCG or other manufacturing industries
- Solid understanding of planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practices and principles
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification would be advantageous
