Job Opportunities; Operations Supervisor

Perform a range of administrative planning activities to support the supply and production capacity planning for Flavours Operations at local level, securing that products can be manufactured and supplied on time to customers from existing manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing customer orders for raw materials resale demands, creating repack process orders, releasing to production, resolving or escalating issues with production, customer care and affiliates, producing daily/weekly/monthly status reports (e.g., COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due POs), analyzing order and production data, recording vendor confirmations and documents, collaborating with materials planners and purchasing to resolve vendor issues, performing auxiliary planning functions for department managers and planners, adhering to quality, safety and industrial hygiene standards, managing boot and pager invoices, and supporting packaging supply while following PIR/golden rules/best practices.
