Job Summary
As a Mixologist within Givaudan's Taste & Wellbeing team in Shanghai, you will create street beverage concepts focused on coffee and tea innovations, monitor consumer preferences and trends to translate them into unique flavor solutions, collaborate with perfumers, sensory scientists, and the marketing team to convert concepts into actual beverage samples, support client collaborations with engaging beverage concepts and tastings, and prepare and present beverage menus and trend reports for clients. You will continuously explore new creative directions to strengthen the company's leadership in street beverages and elevate brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or above in Food Science, Beverage Research, Culinary Arts or related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in creative coffee shops, tea beverage development, or menu design
- Familiarity with coffee and tea preparation techniques, formulation development, and street beverage trends
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
