Job Summary
Sales/business professional trained in assigned account management scope with contributing responsibilities to manage one of the largest local & regional fragrance accounts in Indonesia. Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines, cultivate and manage customer relationships within the portfolio, develop and track Account Plans, prepare and deliver internal and customer presentations, identify opportunities for participation in targeted briefs, coordinate internal resources to support customer needs, transition projects from scale-up to production, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions, negotiate pricing within guidelines, manage credit/pricing/rebates/budget for key accounts, resolve customer complaints promptly, ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory guidelines, and lead team performance and development of members reporting to the position.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (or equivalent)
- 5-7 years overall experience
- 3+ years’ functional/technical experience in the fragrance industry
- Verbal and written command of English
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Project management skills
- Communication skills
- Competent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Givaudan pricing guidelines
- Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements, including technical criteria and/or specifications
- Fragrance Business Management knowledge
- Self and Team Leadership
