Job Summary
IM&S R&F Operational Senior Buyer responsibilities include creating, changing and following up on Purchase Orders based on requirements, performing simplified sourcing activities within threshold limits, managing AP workflow for price discrepancies, generating Purchase Orders via SAP/SRM, updating procurement master data and vendor documentation, supporting junior buyers and handling quality non-conformities, tracking and approving POs, coordinating with users and vendors across regions, and contributing to process harmonization and improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of procurement experience, fluent Korean (TOPIK II Level 3+) and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ARIBA. Hybrid work arrangement offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any relevant education background
- Professional experience: 5 years minimum relevant procurement experience
- Fluent in Korean (Minimum TOPIK II Level 3 onwards) and English (Speak, Read & Write)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP ARIBA is a MUST
