Job Summary
Global Master Data Coordinator responsible for creating and maintaining master data, performing mass data loads, running reports, resolving data issues, and supporting business data-management needs. Will conduct process- and data-quality analyses, contribute to global master data projects, and perform root-cause analysis and improvements. Role involves coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, mentoring new team members, and delivering training. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a university degree in Chemistry, fluent English, SAP/ERP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and experience in a shared services setting. Located in Budapest with flexible working arrangements; travel reimbursement is provided for commuting from the Budapest metro area.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in master data or data management
- University degree in Chemistry
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Advanced MS Excel (complex spreadsheets)
- Experience in a shared service environment is a plus
