Job Summary

Customer Care Support Office Intern with a hybrid work model (4 days at home, 1 day in the Martinez office) at Givaudan. Responsibilities include: supporting the Customer Care team, communicating with internal and external partners by phone or email, managing customer portals for invoice uploads, handling order entry for assigned customers and ensuring order requirements are met, providing issue resolution for internal and external customer complaints, monitoring invoicing, collaborating with front office and other areas, and contributing to continuous improvement by extracting and analyzing data to improve customer indicators. The role requires University-level study in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or Business, and an intermediate level of English; professional experience in Customer Care or administrative support is 0-6 months. This is a paid internship with a hybrid arrangement.
