Job Summary
Temporary 12-month Customer Care Front Office Representative at Givaudan; acts as the central link between the customer, operations, sales team and GBS to ensure client requirements are met efficiently; manages the sales order process from receipt to shipment; builds relationships and acts as the Voice Of the Customer within Givaudan; resolves changes, issues, complaints, and inquiries; prepares debit and credit notes, quality notifications, and customer returns; participates in customer visits and presentations; requires 2+ years of experience and fluency in English and Spanish; located in Avignon, France; full-time temporary role.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience in a similar position within a comparable sector
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Fluency in Catalan is a plus
