Job Summary
Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead CI initiatives at the Budapest DC. Responsible for aligning CI strategy with Global/Regional/Functional levels, elaborating the CI roadmap, identifying learning needs, developing CI training plans, coordinating with HR for coaching and mentoring, introducing Visual Performance Management as a universal practice, setting up the DC CI capability-building process including certification, mentoring belts and running the CI Champion Program. Manages the pipeline of improvement projects, tracks benefits and ensures delivery of business impact, and supports CIIC implementation. Requires university degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred), 7–10 years total experience with 3+ years in Lean Six Sigma, leadership capabilities, advanced Excel skills, experience in project/change management, and familiarity with AI-enabled process-improvement tools.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) certification; Black Belt preferred
- 7–10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3+ years in a Lean Six Sigma implementation or continuous improvement role
- Demonstrated experience in people management with strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets effectively
- Proven track record of leading improvement projects, including training, coaching, and performance assessment
- Experience in Project and Change Management methodologies
- Strong competencies in driving results, decision quality, and customer focus
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in process improvement
