Planning Team Lead responsible for leading raw material and production planning on site, optimizing end-to-end cycle times, inventory, and site productivity in compliance with EHS requirements to ensure on-time customer supply. Key duties include providing planning inputs to regional and local operations plans, designing and executing site-level tactical/operational plans, setting planning standards, enforcing schedule adherence, and leading the planning team. The role requires maintaining optimal inventory and write-offs aligned with service level and cost objectives, overseeing short-term material supply and capacity plans, analyzing planning performance to improve KPIs, and acting as escalation point for issues and order prioritization. Additional responsibilities include developing annual budgets and expense control, monitoring workload/calendar balance within the team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Replenishment, R&F, Supply Planning, Control Tower, Logistics hub). Minimum 7 years in manufacturing operations with strong planning experience and 3+ years in people management; Educational background with a Bachelor’s degree; English and French fluency; APICS certification desired; ERP/MRP experience; SAP/BI/BO proficiency; strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
