Job Summary
Process Specialist role focused on human-AI collaboration to design, validate, and optimize AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include reviewing, validating, and approving AI-generated actions; assisting in training, testing, and providing feedback to optimize AI workflow performance; executing core operations within defined SLAs; monitoring system exceptions and resolving escalated customer or switching issues; analyzing operational data to identify automation opportunities; documenting happy/unhappy paths and workflows to build future AI logic; proactively preventing revenue leakage, supporting billing reconciliation, and maintaining compliance with regulatory reporting; maintaining accurate process maps, playbook documentation, and instruction sets for both human and AI execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 2–5 years of experience in an operations, customer service, or continuous improvement role
- AI-First Mindset: Comfort working alongside digital agents and a genuine curiosity about emerging automation technologies
- Execution Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective time management
