Job Summary
Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout, monitoring status, work-in-progress, and audit compliance across an active caseload. Build preliminary estimates, prepare accurate documentation, and draft correspondence while maintaining organized filing systems. Serve as the liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and field technicians, ensuring calls are returned and emails are answered promptly. Support day-to-day office operations and prepare reports to keep every file clean and closeout-ready. Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in this or a similar role
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, insurance, or project coordination
- Outstanding organizational skills
- An eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable on the phone with customers and adjusters
- Ability to juggle multiple job files at once without losing track of a single one
- A calm, professional presence when situations get stressful
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort learning new software systems
- A team-first attitude
- Willingness to jump in wherever the office needs support

Desired Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in this or a similar role preferred
