Job Summary
Oversee and manage job files for National Account Programs from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Conduct thorough audits of job files to verify compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and industry regulations, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions. Maintain detailed records including client communications, billing information, and change orders while serving as the primary point of contact between national account managers, clients, and field teams. Generate periodic reports on job statuses and project progress, escalating issues to the National Account Program Manager as necessary. Identify and recommend improvements to internal processes to increase efficiency and ensure smoother project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in job coordination, project management, or auditing within the mitigation and restoration industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to review large amounts of data and documentation for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and contractors
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and issues proactively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration industry
- Strong understanding of project management
- A keen eye for quality control
- Familiarity with national account programs, job management systems, and auditing standards in the restoration field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with job management software (e.g., Xactimate, Symbility, or similar systems)
- IICRC certifications (e.g., Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)
