Job Summary
The Job File Coordinator will serve as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications, administering and organizing projects, and supporting teammates. Responsibilities include clear and efficient project communication with customers and stakeholders, oversight of daily project status, creating preliminary estimates with estimating software, validating job site documentation, and collaborating with Production Managers for accurate project documentation. The position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
- Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
