Job Summary
Stock Assistant under Director of Retail Operations to receive, ticket, and move retail merchandise; deliver merchandise to store locations, ship online orders, and support supply orders; maintain stock levels and organize the shipping/receiving area; assist with stocking on the selling floor and in stockrooms; reconcile annual inventory and communicate with customers about shipping/returns; apply DIA values to interactions to support belonging; flexible for events and occasional weekend/evening work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One (1) year of retail experience required
- Specialty retail preferred
- Demonstrated collaboration and customer service skills
- Ability to work occasional weekend and evening hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
