Job Summary
Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner while accurately taking food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system. Set up and break down tables, maintain a safe environment, and adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette. Work on-call shifts between 8:30am and 3:00pm at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa during the August 25th hiring event. Candidates must be at least 16 with a work permit, pass background checks and health screenings, and possess strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must be available for On Call shifts
- Must be able to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be willing to participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and vaccination per regulatory guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
