Job Summary
Lead and develop Crew Members through role-modeling, direction, and support while working in teams to improve store life. Coach others to be their best and model behavior that supports company values. Operate the cash register efficiently, bag groceries with care, stock shelves, and receive loads. Make the store a welcome place for customers and Crew. Requires 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience and 2+ years at the management or supervisory level.
