Job Summary
ABB Optical Group is hosting a job fair/open house for Lab Technicians at the Erlanger, KY location. Open full-time positions across first, second, and third shifts with a $2 shift differential for second/third shifts. Responsibilities include operating CNC machinery, receiving incoming frames and orders, shipping lenses and frames nationwide, operating thin-film coating equipment, assembling frames, learning multiple processes for different lens types, and participating in quality control and safety practices in a temperature-controlled lab. Offers include health/dental/disability/life/vision insurance, 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year, PTO, and career-path promotions after 90 days. Emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
