Job Summary
Licensed therapists sought for telehealth, center-based, and in-home therapy across New Jersey, with immediate openings for part-time and full-time roles including Licensed Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Program Coordinators, and Licensed Clinical Program Managers. Responsibilities include delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions (in-home, telehealth, and center-based), performing biopsychosocial assessments, providing coping and social skills training, collaborating with treatment teams, and ensuring timely documentation. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, clinical licensure (LSW/LAC/LFT), training in trauma and crisis intervention, experience with treatment planning and progress notes, proficiency in CBT/REBT/Gestalt/DBT, DSM-V familiarity, 10+ hours weekly during after-school hours, valid driver’s license, background check, and U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship. Compensation is $60-$75/hour with telehealth options and benefits including health coverage, PTO, disability, and retirement plans. Location hint indicates East Orange, NJ with statewide New Jersey coverage; roles support telehealth and in-home/center-based service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields
- Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training
- Crisis Intervention Training (or willingness to complete)
- Post-internship field experience working with youth with disabilities
- Experience with treatment planning, progress notes, and initial assessments
- Proficiency in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response
- Familiarity with DSM-V for assessments and diagnosis
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week during after-school hours (12pm-8pm). Weekend flexibility is a plus.
- Experience with positive behavior supports and working with children ages 3-20
- Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle
- Pass a criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting
