Job Summary
Conduct full scratch kitchen cooking duties for residents and guests using state-of-the-art tools and seasonal ingredients. Execute flawless dishes in a timely manner while communicating with a friendly demeanor to all staff. Build personal connections through in-person interactions and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced line environment. Requires 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting. Must pass criminal background check, health screening, and TB tests, including physical and vaccination requirements per regulatory guidelines. Work Sunday through Thursday between 8:30am and 3:00pm at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa.
Required Qualifications
- Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
