Job Summary
Greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, and answer a multi-line telephone while providing clerical support to administrative staff. Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call. Manage the business center by processing incoming and outgoing mail and maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests. Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals in accordance with company values. Work four-hour shifts between 8:30am and 3:00pm at the August 25th job fair at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
