Job Summary
Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify employment, internship, and work experience opportunities for participants. Prepare individuals for career success through job search coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews, and matching them with roles aligned with their skills and goals. Collaborate with case managers, employers, training providers, and community partners while tracking progress and employment outcomes to ensure long-term placement within the Transition to Success framework. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and at least two years of experience in workforce development or related fields. Competitive starting wage of $23.09/hr with comprehensive benefits including HMO, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in workforce development, job development, recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, case management, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
