Job Summary
Develop and nurture strong employer relationships to create meaningful employment opportunities for job seekers. Build and maintain partnerships with employers to understand staffing needs, identify and develop job openings, and proactively generate opportunities through sales pitches and outreach. Act as an intermediary between employers and job seekers to match candidates based on skills and employer requirements, while collaborating with recruitment, career coaching, and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes. Demonstrate strong customer service, presentation, and organizational skills, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building, market awareness, and measurable performance against placement and engagement metrics in a not-for-profit workforce development setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college
- 3+ years of professional work experience in talent sourcing/workforce development
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources
- Past experience with the retail sector and/or working with young adults is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM or ATS systems
