Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive job development and vocational skill building support to clients individually and through group programming. Utilize vocational assessments to evaluate employment needs and make recommendations on approaching employers, identifying realistic vocational paths, and developing resume, job-search, and interview skills. Collaborate with Case Management and Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate and guide clients from incarceration back into the community. Requires experience working with individuals in recovery or those justice-involved, along with the ability to maintain professional boundaries while being structured and compassionate. Full-time, first shift Monday-Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
