Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive job development and vocational skill building support to clients, utilizing assessments to evaluate employment needs and recommend realistic vocational paths. Guide clients on approaching potential employers, enhancing marketability, and developing resume, job-search, and interview skills through individual and group programming. Collaborate with Case Management and Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and successfully guide clients from incarceration back into the community. Maintain professional boundaries while working with individuals in recovery or those who are justice-involved. Full-time, 40-hour first shift Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Experience working with individuals in recovery
- Experience working with individuals who are justice-involved
- Ability to be structured
- Ability to be compassionate
- Ability to maintain professional and respectful boundaries
