Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years’ related work experience in recruitment, community relations, business development, workforce development or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of NYC communities and community-based organizations
- Knowledge of NYC’s labor market information
- Effective interpersonal, oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills related to planning, organization, problem-solving and assessment
- Bilingual preferred
