Job Summary
Develops employment experiences for participants by establishing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to secure employment and vocational training opportunities for youth. Drives work readiness and social/job skills development, ensures safe work environments, supports program units with recordkeeping, conducts outreach and career counseling, performs job lead research, matches candidate qualifications to job requirements, and coordinates worksite orientations and monitoring using Basecamp.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS minimum
- Two years of related experience in youth workforce development, career coaching, or job placement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel 2019; OneDrive, Google Drive
- Excellent verbal, writing, math, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at start or adhere to enhanced protocols if required
