Job Summary
Develop relationships with businesses in Central Middlesex communities to secure integrated group employment situations and meet contractual obligations. Set up career exploration opportunities for guests in the community alongside site managers and mobile CBDS teams. Assist with implementation of employment and community-related curriculums to support the "Employment First" CBDS Program. Network to secure individual and group volunteer opportunities that facilitate community membership and skill building. Create learning-based opportunities for cultural enrichment and on-site observation of career clusters. Collaborate with site managers to develop for-profit and guest-operated businesses. Maintain confidentiality, uphold professional ethics, and ensure all activities align with the WOW! Magic philosophy. Valid driver's license, CORI, and DDS fingerprinting required. 8-4 Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license
- Use of a personal vehicle
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
- Must engage in a continual learning process
- Maintain a standard of professionalism in appearance, attitude and ethics
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position

- Must be able to develop a network of employment sites that allow for individuals to do on-site observation of specific career clusters
- Must be able to network in the community to secure both individual and group volunteer opportunities for guests
- Must be able to develop learning based opportunities for guests in the community
- Must be able to work in conjunction with site managers to ensure activities meet needs of individual Guests
- Must be able to work in conjunction with site managers to ensure there are integrated, interactive and WOW! Magic fitness experiences
- Must be able to develop a professional, technologically sophisticated presentation on our employment services
- Must be able to work with site managers, Day Service Director and VP/Director on the development of ATI owned and operated for profit business and Guest operated businesses
