Job Summary

Deltek CostPoint System Administrator responsible for configuring and maintaining Deltek CostPoint modules (People, Time & Expense, Accounting, Projects, Material Management) in a federal contracting context. Will administer system configuration, manage upgrades/patches, gather requirements, troubleshoot, document configurations, maintain security and user roles, deliver end-user training, coordinate with IT and vendors for integrations, ensure accurate financial and project reporting, support timekeeping/expense/procurement processes, and maintain compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DCAA, GAAP). Requires Expertise in configuring workflows, dashboards, security, data migrations, and API/middleware-driven integrations; ability to implement automation and reporting enhancements; strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: Deltek CostPoint certification and experience with implementations or scripting/automation within CostPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with Deltek CostPoint in a federal contracting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
