Job Summary
On-site Facilities Project Manager provides technical expertise to SWOS and PMS 339, overseeing facility upgrades and installations including drawings, electrical/data wiring, HVAC, and equipment removal/installation. Manages facility analysts, design teams, construction contractors, and consultants; develops IMS to meet program objectives; leads meetings and working groups; drafts statements of work, technical proposals, and planning cost estimates; prepares schematics, drawings, and parts lists; ensures maintenance contracts are fulfilled and documentation is maintained; collaborates with sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan scope, resources, and timelines; requires ability to read installation drawings and UFC/TSIP documents; strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills; English proficiency; MS Office (Visio preferred); prepared to brief senior executives; 50 lb lift and ladder climbing noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of relative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
