Job Summary
Program Analyst I-II to develop data-driven training recommendations to enhance Navy fleet readiness. Responsibilities include conducting As-Is and To-Be training data analysis for development paths of Naval rates, analyzing Naval rates using authoritative databases, doctrine and instructions to identify training gaps, developing a Course of Action to mitigate gaps, and leading or participating in cross-functional working groups to produce deliverables as per IMS. Requires strong data analytics and training development background and ability to contribute to Navy training programs.
Required Qualifications
