Job Summary
Provide subject matter expertise on training systems (CeTARS, FLTMPS, Navy e-Learning, NeL, AIM, TRMS) to support Type Commanders; consolidate training data and produce briefs; develop briefing products for senior leadership; assist the RRL Program team in measuring efficiency/effectiveness of training and ROI; review and recommend training requirements to support Enlisted career continuums; develop assessments on readiness impacts from changes in training requirements; validate new/updated training content against approved requirements; contribute to performance measures for Sailor performance, program performance, and readiness; track ROI and effectiveness of training improvements.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks
- two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes
- Education Equivalency: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis, concurrent with the required minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks, and two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes.
