Job Summary
Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable applications for federal and DoD customers. Role requires hands-on development across the full stack (front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud), extending low-code Power Platform solutions with custom code, and integrating these systems into secure government environments. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, building prototypes, delivering features end-to-end, writing clean, testable code, executing test plans (unit and integration tests), managing databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Dataverse), consuming RESTful APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must have experience with COTS data analytics and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint), plus familiarity with RMF/ATO processes and DoD IT environments (IL4-IL6). Active Secret clearance required. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years of related experience or a higher degree substitute. Strong QA/automation capability, knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization/DevOps practices encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; 10+ years of total, relevant professional experience may be substituted for degree
- 6–8 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, debugging techniques, and QA best practices
- Experience with COTS data analytics applications, including Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, PowerAutomate) and SharePoint
- Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular
- Back-End: Python and Node.js
- Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and/or Dataverse
- Git for source control and team-based development workflows
- Familiarity with RMF/ATO and DoD security controls
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud hosting
- Experience with QA automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest, Cypress, Selenium)
- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) or U.S. Navy familiarity
- Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/SSM/ PMI-ACP)
