Job Summary
Program Analyst role in Norfolk, VA focusing on in-depth analysis and assessment of the RRL program plan, supporting scheduling and management of requirements development and training implementation for Fleet and Type Commanders. Provides subject matter expertise on training systems (CeTARS, FLTMPS, Navy e-Learning/NeL, AIM, TRMS) and training requirements to support Type Commanders. Consolidates and reviews training data to produce briefs and assessments, develops briefing products for senior leadership, measures efficiency and effectiveness of RRL processes, and develops recommendations on training requirements to support Enlisted career continuums. Includes assessments of readiness impacts, validation of new training content, and tracking ROI for training improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks
- Two (2) years of experience with Navy staff processes
- Education Equivalency: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program analysis
