Job Summary
Strategic Planner SME supporting SOF Global Services Delivery. Provides senior-level technical, operational, and strategic expertise in support of Special Operations Forces missions worldwide. Advises leadership, supports mission planning and execution, enhances workforce readiness through training oversight, and ensures delivery of high-quality services aligned with customer requirements, operational priorities, and contract objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military/operational experience
- Experience as a J3 Director, J5 Director, or Chief of Staff at a U.S. TSOC or SOF Service Component HQ or higher
- 10+ years supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands, or related SOF missions
- Experience in SOF operations, global mission support, logistics, intelligence, communications, or training
- Experience developing, managing, or overseeing training programs
- Ability to work in austere, high-tempo, and multinational environments
- Ability to prepare executive-level briefings and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
