Job Summary
Facilities Project Manager responsible for overseeing Navy-related facility programs at NTTC JBSA Lackland, coordinating government-required upgrades to classrooms/labs, managing schedules, costs, and cross-functional teams, and delivering SOWs, technical proposals, and design/drawings. Leads IMS development, reviews status with program offices, and ensures documentation and records for maintenance contracts are maintained while working with sponsors, engineers, contractors, and government personnel to plan scope, deliverables, and resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of relative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as installation drawings
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- General knowledge of TSIP and UFC documents
- Working knowledge of federal construction procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter that can work under general direction in a team-based environment
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office products
- Must have experience with briefing and recommendations to senior executives
- Must have experience managing complex customer requirements across cost, schedule and quality
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders
