Job Summary
Senior Operations Support Specialist / Data Analytics Team Lead in Washington, DC, delivering high-level operational coordination and analytics leadership for Navy/DoD programs. Oversees data analytics initiatives, strategic planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and development of actionable insights through dashboards and executive briefings. Supervises and mentors data analytics contractors, ensures contract compliance, and coordinates with stakeholders across DoD/Navy. Travel up to 10% for site visits, audits, or coordination meetings. Requires Active Secret Clearance and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience in operations coordination or data analytics, plus proficiency with MS Office and enterprise database tools.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations coordination, operational research, or data analytics support
- Experience supervising and training other data analytics professionals
- Strong skills in strategic planning, resource management, and interpreting large data sets
- Familiarity with DoD and Navy policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
