Job Summary
Professional Land Surveyor leading a multi-disciplined land-surveying and civil engineering group; perform boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, and GIS mapping; supervise and mentor survey technicians; oversee survey work and develop client relationships to expand the firm’s surveying practice; work with federal, state, and tribal entities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations; ND license required or ability to obtain within six months; minimum six years of surveying experience; strong communication and teamwork skills; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Land Surveyor in North Dakota or ability to obtain within six months
- Associate Degree in Surveying or related engineering program
- Minimum of six years of experience in surveying
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude skills
- Capability of supervising, mentoring, and evaluating staff
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
