Job Summary
Experienced Cost Account Manager needed to manage budgets and control accounts for Space Operations and Ground Operations programs. Responsibilities include establishing and baselining budgets for CAPs, defining scope and schedule, developing resource-loaded schedules, ensuring EVMS compliance, calculating and reporting EV, PV, and AC, analyzing CPI/SPI health, identifying variances (VAC, EAC), preparing VARs, and presenting status and performance trends to program leadership and customers. Additional duties include identifying root causes of variances, implementing corrective actions, maintaining risk registers, coordinating with subcontract managers and finance teams, supporting IBRs and customer reviews, and ensuring alignment of technical scope, schedule, and budget while complying with DCMA and DCAA requirements. Requires eligibility for federal facilities access, security clearance considerations (TS/SCI), and a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizens eligible for consideration
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Access to federal facilities; valid Real ID-compliant driver license or state ID
- Current TS/SCI or ability to obtain DoD TS
- 5 or more years of general experience
- Familiar with EVMS and Earned Value; CAM experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
