Job Summary
Ground Systems Engineer (Mid-Level to Lead/Senior) to develop and verify satellite ground systems. Responsible for ground system verification and testing, developing, executing, and documenting test plans, procedures, and reports from component to system level. Evaluates customer/operational needs to define performance requirements, analyzes system architecture, and supports requirements management, risk, and technology readiness processes. Onsite at Colorado Springs, CO; El Segundo, CA; Seal Beach, CA; or Herndon, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years related work experience or equivalent
- Experience in verification and test of ground systems
- Ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance or current Secret clearance
- Active or ability to obtain DoD clearance
- U.S. citizenship required for consideration
- Background check and drug screening
- Real ID-compliant driver license or state ID
