Job Summary
Provide expert-level support for the full lifecycle of federal grants and cooperative agreements for a government client. Responsibilities include overseeing pre-award activities such as budget analysis and risk assessments; managing post-award functions including monitoring performance, processing amendments, and initiating closeouts; interpreting 2 CFR 200 and DOT guidelines; advising program managers on complex grants management issues; troubleshooting across all grant phases; applying grants-processing tools like ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions; delivering technical assistance and training to program staff and recipients; drafting grant analysis documents and briefing government officials; ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures throughout the lifecycle. The role may be remote and ideally resides on the East Coast, with an Arlington, VA office option.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in federal grants/acquisition
- Experience supporting pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities
- Experience with technical assistance and compliance monitoring
- Experience with 2 CFR 200, ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions (preferred)
- DOT and/or grant experience (preferred)
